The Stanley Cup Playoffs are in full swing, the second round is underway. Favorites Colorado Avalanche defeated the Nashville Predators in round one and meet the St. Louis Blues in round two.

Stanley Cup Favorites
The Colorado Avalanche went into the regular season as the betting favorites, and the Avs have only cemented that position with their regular-season play. Colorado has the best record in the NHL, ranks second in goals per game and looks like a shoo-in to advance through the second round.
The Florida Panthers check in next at +550. The Cats came out of the gates early and have hardly let up. The Panthers dropped the first game to the Lightning in round two and needed Game 7 to get past the Maple Leafs in round one.
No team has seen the odds fall as dramatically this season as the Calgary Flames. Calgary came into the season as a +4500 underdog to win the Stanley Cup, but in a great regular season, the Flames have jumped into the top-3 on the betting board at +475. A 4-3 win over the Stars propelled the Flames into the second round where they roll on.
The St. Louis Blues finish rankings of teams competing for the Stanley Cup. They were tasked with defeating favorite Colorado Avalanche in round two. A big request, but a potential surprise in the cards?
