2 killed in multi-vehicle crash on Louisburg Road in Raleigh


RALEIGH, NC (WNCN) – Two people are dead after a four-vehicle traffic accident late Wednesday in Raleigh, police said.
Raleigh Police said Jeylin Molina-Duran, 21, was driving a northbound BMW 328i on Louisburg Road around 11:30 p.m. when it rammed a Hyundai Elantra also traveling northbound.
The Elantra spun and hit a Honda Civic, putting the Elantra in the other lane. It was then hit by a Toyota Camry.
The Elantra driver, a 21-year-old woman, and the Civic driver, a 26-year-old man, were killed in the collision.
Molina-Duran was arrested and charged with two counts of one-vehicle manslaughter.
He is being held at the Wake County Detention Center on $200,000 bail.
Three others were taken to hospital for treatment. Her condition is currently unknown.
Louisburg Road was closed in both directions until 6am
The collision is under further investigation.
