1 shot, suspect possibly barricaded at Northwest Harris County home on Cora Street, sheriff says

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — At least two people have died following an incident in northwest Harris County where a suspect was barricaded, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

On Wednesday, authorities were responding to an incident at the 10800 block of Cora Street. At the scene, Gonzalez said they found a victim with gunshot wounds behind a gate. In an update, Gonzalez added that the suspect shot two people and “none of the victims appear to have signs of life.”

The suspect remains barricaded in a trailer, but it’s not known if anyone else is inside, Gonzalez said.
