GOLDSBORO, NC (WNCN) — One person is seriously injured after a shooting in Goldsboro, police say.
Police say they received a ShotSpotter alert for the Andrews Avenue area north of Holly Street around 10 a.m.
Police say a hospital then informed them that a shooting victim had arrived in a private car.
Police said the victim was seriously injured and in critical condition.
They say the victim was flown to another hospital.
Police are actively investigating this shooting.
